Just as ripples spread out when a single pebble is dropped into water, the actions of individuals can have far-reaching effects.

Welcome to Sabra Ricci Health Coaching

Sabra Ricci

1. What I do

I help Individuals and small groups of men and women improve their health and reach sustainable weight-loss and wellness goals—without extremes or one-size-fits-all solutions.

Whether you’ve fallen into habits that no longer serve you, experienced weight changes during perimenopause or menopause, are navigating postpartum recovery, or are using GLP-1 medications as part of a medically supported weight-loss plan, my role is to meet you where you are. Through evidence-based strategies and a bio-individual approach, I help you build habits that promote long-term success, resilience, and confidence in your body.

My work is informed by more than 20 years as a private nutrition chef and a deep respect for how food, lifestyle, and physiology intersect in real life. I am a graduate of the California Culinary Academy and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and I am certified as a health coach specializing in weight loss, gut health, and hormone health. I continue to expand my education through NASM, earning certification as a nutrition coach and personal trainer.

Above all, my goal is to help clients reconnect with themselves—cultivating balance, clarity, and a sense of ease in their health—so feeling your best becomes something you can sustain, not struggle to maintain.

2. The Challenges My Clients Face

  • Feeling disconnected from their bodies as hormones shift, weight changes, and familiar strategies stop working
  • Overwhelm from conflicting advice and programs that move too fast or ignore individual needs and history
  • Weight gain or stalled progress during perimenopause or menopause despite genuine effort
  • Low energy, digestive discomfort, inflammation, or brain fog that quietly impacts confidence and daily life
  • A cycle of all-or-nothing attempts that leads to burnout, guilt, or frustration
  • Limited time and bandwidth to make sweeping lifestyle changes

3. How I Help

  • I take a bio-individual approach, understanding that every body, season of life, and starting point is different
  • I meet each client exactly where they are, creating a plan that reflects their current health, capacity, and goals
  • We focus on small, intentional changes that feel manageable and supportive, not overwhelming
  • Each week, we build on what’s already working—layering habits gradually so progress feels steady and sustainable
  • Over time, these small shifts compound into meaningful, lasting transformation
  • This consistent, compassionate approach is why clients experience real success: more energy, improved body composition, and a renewed sense of trust in their bodies

What is the right fit for you?

One-on-One vs. Group Weight Loss Coaching

Individual Coaching

Individual coaching is based on bio-individuality, a deeply personalized, one-on-one experience designed around you. Your approach is shaped by your body, your lifestyle, and your past experiences with weight loss—especially as your needs evolve over time.

Rather than following a one-size-fits-all plan, we focus on understanding your unique patterns, preferences, and challenges. Together, we create sustainable habits around nutrition, movement, and mindset that fit seamlessly into your real life. The goal is steady, lasting weight loss built on consistency, confidence, and trust in your body.

Group Coaching

Group coaching offers a supportive, motivating environment where individuals with similar goals come together—while still honoring each person’s individuality. You’ll learn foundational principles that you can thoughtfully adapt to your body, lifestyle, and life stage.

The group dynamic provides accountability, encouragement, and perspective. Sharing the journey with others helps normalize challenges, reduce isolation, and reinforce positive behavior change. Many clients find that connection and shared momentum make it easier to stay consistent and committed over time.

Group coaching is also a more accessible way to receive high-quality support, offering meaningful results without sacrificing personalization or care.

Testimonials

Working with Sabra was a game-changer for me.

As someone who’s been deep in the trenches of hormone chaos and the wild rollercoaster of menopause, I know how overwhelming and lonely this journey can feel. Working with Sabra was a game-changer for me. Her coaching helped me get real about what was going on with my body—especially the gut and hormone imbalances that were making everything harder. Her program isn’t just informative—it’s transformational. She brings heart, science, and real talk to every session, and creates a space where women feel seen, heard, and empowered. From gut health to hormones to that stubborn weight that shows up out of nowhere, she covers it all with grace and grit. I love that she’s making expert-level care accessible to more women, and I can’t wait to join one of her sessions to talk about my book and this wild phase of life we call menopause.

I’ve Had the Privilege of Working with Sabra for Several Years

And she has helped me see my life through an entirely new lens. Through gentle guidance and thoughtful accountability in our weekly sessions, she encouraged small, meaningful commitments that ultimately compounded into profound change.

I’ve lost 35 pounds, practice yoga or Pilates daily, stopped drinking, and truly feel like a new person. Sabra’s unique ability to weave together spirituality, astrology, science, literature, and her own lived experience creates an environment where you feel deeply supported, understood, and cared for. I couldn’t recommend working with her more highly.
